    Recruitments Skanska has appointed Jacob Birkeland as the companies new Head of Media Relations. Prior to joining the company, he held the position of Group Head of Press and Public Affairs at Bonava.

  • CapMan hires investment director in Denmark

    Recruitments Finland based Nordic asset manager CapMan has hired Robert Feldt to the position of investment director in Denmark. According to a press release from CapMan, he brings a vast experience from real estate transactions to the company. He joins CapMan from his own advisory company Exeldt Advisory.

  • Stefan Dahlbo appointed new CEO of Fabege

    Recruitments The board of Fabege has appointed Stefan Dahlbo as the company’s new president and CEO. He will take over from Christian Hermelin who announced his intention to step down a few months ago.

  • Tenhola to succeed Juhani Reen at Newsec Finland

    Recruitments Mikko Tenhola has been appointed Head of Newsec Advisory Finland. He will succeed Juhani Reen who retires at the end the year. Tenholas has been at Newsec since 2009 and deputy head since 2017.

    Recruitments Morten Jensen has been appointed new head of Newsec Advisory in Denmark. He replaces Henrik Lyngskjold who leaves the company after 12 years.

  • Ulf Brandes joins C&W Sweden

    Recruitments Ulf Brandes has joined Cushman & Wakefield as an international partner in the company‘s Swedish Capital Markets operations. Brandes‘ most recent employment was as Senior Director Capital Markets at CBRE in Göteborg.

  • New CEO of Cibus announced

    Recruitments On March 4th, Sverker Källgården will join Cibus Nordic Real Estate as CEO. He is a veteran of the Swedish property industry, most recently as CEO of Byggpartner, the company writes in a press release.

  • Sundin takes over Brunswick Real Estate Capital

    Recruitments Brunswick Real Estate has promoted Pontus Sundin to head its lending operations and appointed Anders Tägt to its investment committee. Pontus Sundin joined the company last autumn and will replace Louise Richnau.

  • Fabege CEO to be announced no later than April 2nd

    Recruitments Almost two months have passed since Fabege CEO dropped the bomb that he would leave the company in 2019. The process to find his successor is ongoing and led by chairman Jan Litborn, who took over as chairman as the board in 2018.

  • Stendörren appoints new CEO

    Recruitments Fredrik Brodin, CEO of Stendörren, has decided to leave the company with immediate effect as Mikael Nicander takes the helm. Most recently Nicander was deputy CEO of Kvalitena, the largest shareholder of Stendörren until it sold its entire stake to EQT last November.

    Recruitments Danish PE outfit, Thylander Gruppen has snatched Kristian Krogh from Niam to the position of CEO. He will enter his new position on May 1st.

  • Carola Lavén joins Castellum as Vice President

    Recruitments Carola Lavén will leave the position as Head of Property Development at NCC and join Castellum as Vice President and Investment director. She has led NCC‘s property development business since 2013 and prior to that she held management positions at Atrium Ljungberg, Ljungberg-Gruppen, Drott and Skanska.

  • NCC appoints Head of Corporate Communications

    Recruitments Construction giant NCC has appointed Maria Grimberg as the group’s new Head of Corporate Communication. She joins the company from communications consultancy JKL where she is managing director. During the autumn, she has been acting communications manager of NCC.

  • Britt-Marie Nyman joins Eastnine

    Recruitments Britt-Marie Nyman leaves Catella to join Eastnine as deputy CEO and CFO. She will start her new position no later than August 1st.

  • Heimstaden hires CIO from Colliers

    Recruitments Christian Fladeland has decided to leave his position at Colliers Denmark to join Heimstaden as Chief Investment Officer. He has been with Colliers, previously Sadolin Albæk, for the past 12 years and was the youngest among the company’s 13 partners in Denmark.

  • Joins Akademiska Hus as Head of Treasury

    Recruitments Karin Blomstrand will leave the role as Deputy Head of Large Real Estate at Danske Bank and join Akademiska Hus as their new Head of Treasury. She will replace Agneta Rosodi who is retiring.
