• New tenant in M&G owned Klara Strand

    Leasing Newsec, on behalf of M&G, has signed a five-year lease agreement with Nobia AB for a 1,100 sq.m. office space in Klara Strand, Stockholm. The new tenant will move its headquarters to the property on July 1st, 2019.

  • Stenvalvet signs lease with Courts Authority

    Leasing Stenvalvet has signed a 15-year lease with the Swedish Courts Authority for 3,600 sq.m. in the property Valören 1 in Eskilstuna. Stenvalvet acquired to property from Eskilstuna municipality and will customize it to fit the requirements of a district court.

  • American IT company moves into Frösundavik

    Leasing Swedish fund manager Mengus has signed a lease for 1,000 sq.m. with American IT company ServiceNow in its property Frösundavik in Solna. ServiceNow will move in to its new premises in December.

  • Hemfosa invests 245 million SEK in Västerås

    Leasing Hemfosa will develop the property Socialtjänstens Hus in the city of Västerås, an investment amounting to 245 million SEK. The building will be erected on a property already owned by the company, in the central parts of Västerås.

  • Vasakronan signs lease for Solna Strand

    Leasing Vasakronan has signed a lease agreement with the Swedish Council for Higher Education in its ongoing project STRAND in Solna Strand. The new tenant will move into its 6,600 sq.m. offices on September 1st, 2020.

  • NREP buys food court – plans new hotel

    Leasing Nordic fund manager NREP has acquired Westmarket, a Copenhagen food court, for an undisclosed amount. The food court was closed last August by its previous owner, Estate Media reports, and NREP’s plan is to convert it into a hotel.

  • Skanska sells Jönköping office for 500 million SEK

    Leasing Skanska invests 330 million SEK in a new centrally located office building in Jönköping. The property has been sold to Vacse for 500 million SEK and Vacse will lease it to government agencies Jordbruksverket and Skogsstyrelsen.

  • Hemsö renews with Mälardalen University College

    Leasing Hemsö has signed a new lease agreement with Mälardalen University College. The lease concerns a area of circa 34,500 sq.m. in Västerås and the contract period is ten years. The tenant has leased the facilities since 2007.

  • AGA moves HQ to Solna United

    Leasing After 107 years in Lidingö, Swedish gas giant AGA has decided to move their company headquarters to Solna United near Solna train station. The company leases 2,900 sq.m. from Skanska with a move planned at the end of 2019.

  • Leases 4,200 sq.m. in Borås

    Leasing Castellum has penned a lease with Borås Unversity College for a 4,200 sq.m. warehouse space at Sagagatan 17 in Borås. The facilities will be used as a training area for the new police education programme.

  • 45,000 sq.m. added to existing logistics property

    Leasing Logicenters has signed an agreement with Speed Group to develop 45,000 sq.m. a logistics facility in Viared outside Borås. The facility will be an addition to the 38,000 sq.m. already leased to Speed Group and thus, upon completion, the facility will have a total area of 83,000 sq.m.

    Leasing Atrium Ljungberg has signed two new green leases to Academic Work and Tengbom in its property Forum in Uppsala. Moreover, the existing tenant, KitchenTime will expand their operations and add 400 sq.m. to their current green lease.

    Leasing Corem Property Group leases 6,600 sq.m. to Gastro Food in its property Älgskytten 4 in Jönköping. The new tenant moves in on November 1st on an eight-year lease.

    Leasing Nordic logistics property company Logicenters has acquired a newly completed logistics building in Råde, about 70 kilometers outside of Norwegian capital Oslo.
