German real estate investment company Patrizia Immobilien acquires a waterfront residential property in the Tegelholmen district in Copenhagen. The 6,672 sq.m. 71 apartment property is acquired on behalf of Patrizia’s fund Wohn-Invest Europa I.

Currently under construction, the property is to be delivered; in turnkey condition, in the middle of 2019.

“This turnkey investment is a unique opportunity to acquire a new, high-quality residential property in one of Europe’s most vibrant and liveable capitals. Copenhagen’s strong projected population growth combined with the property’s attractive location means that this investment will deliver a stable income to our clients over the coming years”, Louise Hertz, country manager for Patrizia in Denmark, comments in a press release from the company.

Upon closing of the transaction, Patrizia has EUR 1.3 billion AUM in Denmark.
